Therefore we invite you to abstain from attending the EUIPO event, if you come from or have visited, within the last 14 days, the countries and regions identified by the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control (see for the most up to date list at: https://www.ecdc.europa.eu/en/areas-presumed-community-transmission-2019-ncov * ) such as: China (mainland China, Hong Kong, Macao); Singapore; South Korea; Iran; Japan; and the following regions in Northern Italy: Lombardy, Piedmont, Emilia-Romagna and Veneto.

Special dietary requirements cannot be guaranteed without prior communication. To guarantee receiving the meal order, the person with the special dietary requirements should contact the Event Coordinator directly. Furthermore, the information on the ingredients that is subject to mandatory declaration can be found in Regulation (UE) No 1169/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on the provision of food information to consumers and in the Real Decreto 126/2015, (Spanish Royal Decree-Law) 126/2015 of 27 February, in which the general rule regarding the nutritional facts and other information of food that is provided unpackaged for sale to the final consumer and other groups, packaged at points of sale upon the request of the buyer or packaged by the owners of retail shops is approved.
