Special dietary requirements cannot be guaranteed without prior communication. Furthermore, the information on the ingredients that is subject to mandatory declaration can be found in Regulation (UE) No 1169/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on the provision of food information to consumers and in the Real Decreto 126/2015,(Spanish Royal Decree-Law) 126/2015 of 27 February, in which the general rule regarding the nutritional facts and other information of food that is provided unpackaged for sale to the final consumer and other groups, packaged at points of sale upon the request of the buyer or packaged by the owners of retail shops is approved.
